Estimates and quotes are FREE. However, if the services of our Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer are required, a fee will be established. (A quote is something specific that the customer will tell us they want, while a design is something the Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer creates). All quotes accurately reflect the final cost of the project, assuming there are NO CHANGES to the scope of work. Colcord's Creative Outdoor Solutions always uses contracts and change orders for all of its work. We typically require a 50% deposit from our customers for most contract and/or work orders. The remainder is due on completion of the job.
